The first page of the SERVICE CALLS module is
designed to enter the service request of a customer. Basic customer and service
information is entered at this time. The software also produces a Job Ticket when a
service call is started.
Service Calls Technician Service
The second page of the SERVICE CALLS module is
used primarily to schedule the technician. The service calls may be sorted many ways to
locate a specific record. Then by double-clicking the record, a pop-up form allows editing
of all the essential data for that service call.
