The JOB TICKETS module is the main module in the program. It incorporates components from many other modules. Because of its complex design, it was necessary to divide it into two pages. This module allows you to initiate or edit a service call, add or edit a radio, add or edit frequencies, maintain a time sheet and more.

Page two of the JOB TICKETS module shows the radio model information, service data, the parts that were sold, frequency/signalling information, and the amount of ticket time for the radio. You can add to a parts order, check the status change(s) of the unit, along with many other options.
